4. Healthcare Information
Healthcare information processed through VHS HOS remains the property of the healthcare organization. JieLabs does not claim ownership of customer data.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the software complies with all applicable healthcare privacy and security requirements.
5. Third-Party Integrations
VHS HOS may integrate with third-party systems including electronic health record platforms, accounting systems, email providers, fax services, scheduling platforms, and other approved business applications. Availability of third-party integrations depends on approval and availability from those providers.
6. Security
JieLabs implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect system integrity and customer information. No software system can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for maintaining secure operating environments.
7. Availability
JieLabs strives to provide reliable software and services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, and unforeseen events may temporarily affect service availability.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, source code, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property developed by JieLabs remain the exclusive property of JieLabs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JieLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the software.

JieLabs may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
